The branch received this email over the weekend:"I wanted you to be one of the first to know - the BNP have cancelled their march in Liverpool. Thanks to your support thousands of people signed our petition demanding the BNP cancelled their event. It worked - and was even mentioned in the Guardian yesterday. This just shows what we can do together. We won this time - but we need to grow our campaign so that we can respond to the next challenge faster and stronger.
